How much time does it take employees?
About ten seconds a day. Four sliders, no free text, and participation is voluntary.
Who can see the results?
Leadership and the pilot sponsor see group-level results only. Individual answers are never visible to anyone at your organisation, and small groups are not reported.
Does it replace our engagement survey?
No. PRI runs between surveys and alongside them. Surveys explain the why in depth; PRI shows when and where things are changing.
Can it connect to tools we already use?
For a pilot, a web link is enough. At rollout, the check-in can appear in Microsoft Teams or the intranet, or an existing app can send check-ins to PRI.
What does a pilot cost?
Pilot terms are shared on request and are designed to fit within a sponsor’s own approval. Get in touch and we will set them out.
What happens after the pilot?
We review the results against the success criteria together. If PRI has proved its value, it can be extended to further divisions; if not, the pilot ends and the data is deleted.
