Privacy notice

This notice explains how Moodia handles personal data when you use this website or email us. It covers the website and enquiries only. Personal data processed in a PRI pilot is covered by the pilot agreement and our Trust page.

Who we are

The controller for personal data described in this notice is Moodia App Limited, registered in England - number 16076178. Contact: resilience@moodia.org.

What this site collects

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. There are no forms on the site.

The only personal data we receive through the website is what you choose to send by email to resilience@moodia.org. That typically includes your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message.

Why we use it

We use enquiry emails to respond to you and, where relevant, to discuss PRI or a possible pilot. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering people who contact us about our work.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers we need to operate (for example email and hosting), and only as needed for that purpose.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for 24 months after last contact, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing discussion or a legal reason.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability where it applies. To exercise these rights, email resilience@moodia.org.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

PRI pilots

This notice does not cover personal data processed during a PRI pilot. That is set out in the pilot agreement and described on the Trust page.
